They had recently defended their raunchy stage ensembles, after finding themselves being accused of being ‘too provocative’.
And defying their critics once again, Little Mix proved their love affair with barely-there ensembles won’t be changing any time soon, as they took to the stage in Aberdeen on Monday night to kick off their Glory Days tour.
The girls looked sensational as they slipped into a number of costumes, including a PVC-themed look, complete with studs and chains, that left VERY little to the imagination.

Eye-popping! Little Mix left little to the imagination as they stepped out on stage in Aberdeen to kick off their Glory Days tour in the UK on Monday night
Bringing their show-stopping show to the UK, Little Mix – made up of Jade Thirlwall, 24, Perrie Edwards, 24, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 25, and Jesy Nelson, 26 – ensured all eyes were on them as they performed their hits at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre.
Delighting crowds, no doubt, with tracks such as Shout Out To My Ex, Power and Touch, it seems the girls’ vocal talents were slightly overshadowed by their choice in attire.
Throughout their show, Perrie, Leigh-Anne, Jesy and Jade slipped into a number of ensembles that sheathed their svelte frames, with the girls favouring co-ordinating leather outfits at one point.
Saucy: Jesy Nelson slipped into a PVC leather-look leotard and fishnet tights that teased a look at her sizzling frame and drew attention to her peachy posterior
Vamping it up: The girls oozed sex appeal in their leather-clad ensembles that were undoubtedly set pulses racing
Jesy slipped into an intricately cut leotard that framed her ample bust, emphasising her assets with its plunging neckline, and drawing attention to her gym-honed stomach with cut-out panels.
She wore fishnet tights underneath and thigh-high lace up boots that featured chain detailing, and made sure to give onlookers a good look at her pert posterior in the high-rise number.
Following suit, her bandmates made sure to don very similar ensembles, with Perrie favouring a one-shouldered leotard, Jade sporting a chained bralet and sultry leather gloves and Leigh-Anne favouring a racy leotard that transcended into a pair of boots that covered her entire pins, leaving just a section of her thighs on show.
Head-turner: Leigh-Anne Pinnock sported a glitzy bralette that enhanced her bust and flashed a look at her honed abs – pairing it with a daringly cut denim skirt
Look familiar? At one point, it seemed the girls ditched the PVC to channel their inner Victoria’s Secret model
Stunning: Sporting thigh-high white leather boots and thigh-grazing denim shorts, Perrie stepped out on stage with huge blue and white feathered wings attached to her back
Glamorous: Jesy (L) followed suit in her studded leotard and cowboy boots, that came complete with huge wings, while Jade (R) opted for a cowboy-inspired vibe instead
When they weren’t frolicking around on stage in their PVC getups, the girls appeared to channel their inner Victoria’s Secret model as they stepped out sporting their very own wings.
Still ensuring that plenty of flesh was on show, Little Mix favoured yet more thigh-skimming hemlines, adding the addition of huge feathered wings to the back of their outings.
Jade was the only star who chose to forgo her wings and instead opted for a Cowboy-inspired vib, sporting a shimmering pink jacket that boasted statement tasseled sleeves.
Next came a futuristic look, with the girls once again choosing to showcase their figures in skin-tight leotards that left their slender legs on full display. They came complete with silver and metallic detailing and were made even more glamorous, by the starlets’ voluminous locks and immaculate make-up.
Stand-out: The show also saw Little Mix slip into more eye-wateringly short leotards, this time boasting a futuristic feel and metallic detailing
Eye-catching: The four-piece made sure to put on a show-stopping performance and graced the stage with a number of dancers
Their appearance on stage comes after Little Mix – made up of Jade Thirlwall, 24, Perrie Edwards, 24, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 25, and Jesy Nelson, 26 – have been forced to defend their racy stage costumes in the past, after finding themselves criticised by parents and some of their fellow pop stars.
Last year, their performance on The X Factor live shows had caused controversy, as many accused the girls of dressing ‘too sexily’, with some claiming they were ‘sick’ of seeing the girlband in their ‘underwear’.
Former Spice Girl Mel C was quick to share her thoughts, following their appearance on the show that shot them to stardom in 2011, and claimed it was a ‘shame’ to see Little Mix dressing ‘more provocatively’.
Cheeky! They weren’t afraid to flash the flesh in their stage get-up, with one dance move making sure all eyes were on their pert behinds
Fierce! The girls certainly meant business as they dominated the stage in their leather look
Tantalizing: Jesy put on a sultry display in her chained cut-out ensemble that left VERY little to the imagination as she showcased her vocal talent
Defying their critics: Their appearance on stage comes after Little Mix have been forced to defend their racy stage costumes in the past
Oops: The girls found themselves criticised by parents and some of their fellow pop stars for dressing ‘too sexily’, with some claiming they were ‘sick’ of seeing the girlband in their ‘underwear’
However, hitting back at their critics, Little Mix stand by their scanty attire, with Jade telling MailOnline: ‘I don’t think we’re sexing ourselves up. We’re sweating our t**s off on stage and we want to wear leotards!
‘It’s comfortable to dance in and we’re doing an hour and a half set, we’re not going to come on to the stage in a tracksuit – it’s just not practical.’
Stressing that their outfits are purely stage costumes, she added: ‘It’s because we’re performing. We’re not going to walk down the street in [a leotard], are we?!’
Hitting back: Little Mix, however, have stood by their scanty ensembles and insisted they ‘are not sexing themselves up’
‘It’s just not practical’: She argued that their barley-there costumes were a necessity for them to be able to perform well on stage
Jade said of their leotards: ‘It’s comfortable to dance in and we’re doing an hour and a half set, we’re not going to come on to the stage in a tracksuit – it’s just not practical’
Agreeing with her pal, Perrie added that the four-piece have not been put off donning their racy ensembles, despite the comments that have been made.
She defiantly hit back: ‘We could wear a frickin’ bin liner on stage and people complain. We could wear a full bodysuit!’
Perrie added: ‘We’ve been in the industry for six years, we’re tired of it all now and all the comments. We want to wear what we want to wear and we want to tell women to wear what they want to wear and be comfortable.’
Confident: Jesy appeared to move with ease in her eye-wateringly high cut leotard and chained lace-up boots
Here to stay! Perrie, meanwhile, insisted that the girls’ outfits won’t change, despite the comments that may have been made by critics
Fiery: She hit back: ‘We could wear a frickin’ bin liner on stage and people complain. We could wear a full bodysuit!’
Unfazed: She continued: ‘We’ve been in the industry for six years, we’re tired of it all now and all the comments’
Firm believers in being comfortable in your own skin, the girls are keen to promote body confidence among their following, but weren’t afraid to confess that they still have some insecurities themselves when it comes to their appearance.
‘We’ve all been through a stage where we don’t like things about ourselves,’ Leigh-Anne admitted. ‘And if I’m honest, it still happens now. We still pick ourselves apart.
‘The difference is we’ve really learnt to love the skin that we’re in because we’re all made this way and we’re all different for a reason.
‘We’re a really good support for each other too and we always really compliment each other.’
Only human: Despite oozing body confidence on stage, the girls have admitted they still have some insecurities themselves when it comes to their appearance
Pressure: ‘I think it’s difficult for all women in the industry, just because you are constantly scrutinised to look your best,’ Jade claimed
Faced with not just their critics but social media trolls too, the girls insist that they have formed a ‘hard skin’ over the years, but claimed they do feel added pressure when it comes to their appearance, given that they are in the public eye.
‘I think it’s difficult for all women in the industry, just because you are constantly scrutinised to look your best,’ Jade claimed.
Prior to starting their UK tour, which concludes at the London O2 Arena in November, Little Mix had been performing over in the US, but were forced to take to the stage as a trio – after Perrie fell ill while the girls were in Las Vegas.

The musician and producer sat at the number

He and Jesy had first been linked in June, after pictures emerged of the pair holidaying in Mykonos together, and their romance comes just months after her acrimonious split with TOWIE star Chris Clark.
Fun-loving: The girls appeared to reference their hit Shout Out To My Ex as they donned sheer t-shirts with ‘EX’ and a red line running through
