The 29-year-old former Big Brother star, who has yo-yoed from a size 8 to a size 18, admits it won’t be easy as she is suffering from low iron levels, making it difficult for her to exercise.

The 5″2 reality star, who weighed 16 stone on discovering her pregnancy at the end of last year, is currently a size 16 and plans to drop to a size 10 before her nuptials next summer.
Speaking to Closer, the reality star admitted her difficult pregnancy- which saw her become severely anaemic, developing sciatica and throwing up regularly, left her feeling ‘enormous’.
And having been diagnosed with low iron iron levels and risk of developing diabetes, makes it difficult for the Chanelle to exercise.

‘I’m on iron tablets but until my iron levels go up I can’t exercise,’ Chanelle, who has been with Ryan since early 2016, admitted.
‘I bend over to dry my legs after a shower and my belly is touching my knees!’ Chanelle added, explaining that she plans to take personal training sessions and go for long walks with baby Frankie.
But Chanelle admits she may enlist the help of a surgeon if she’s left with saggy skin, and what she calls ‘huge empty balloons’ for breasts.

Having gone from a B-cup to a DD in her modelling days six years ago, she continued: ‘Once I’ve lost the weight they’ll probably be on my knees, so I’ll have a breast uplift and smaller implants’.
In the years that followed her Big Brother appearance ten years ago, Chanelle gained six stone, shooting from a size eight to a size 16.
She then overhauled her lifestyle in 2014 which saw her hurtle back to her tiny size, before returning to a size 16 years later.
